Gems float single point level switch. Built for durability, LS-7 Series switches utilize stainless steel body. Ideal for any small tank or vessel destined for a rugged environment. Stainless steel material of construction of types 9 is generally recognized as safe with FDA for food contact regulations. Switch operation: Depending on the mounting position, the float on these switches can either rise or lower with the liquid level. By rotating the switch 180 degree, the switch operation can be Normally Open or Normally Closed. Mounting type: 9. Stem and number mounting material: 316 Stainless steel. Float material: 316 Stainless steel. Lead wire jacket: TFE. Minimum liquid specific gravity: 0.80. Operating temperature: -40 to +300 degree F. Maximum operating pressure: 300 psi at 70 degree F. Float arc envelope: 1.43. Switch rating: SPST, 20VA. Lead wire gauge: No. 22 AWG. Mounting attitude: Horizontal. UL recognized, CSA listed, CE approved.
