Product Description

Our type magnetic float ball liquid level switch is composed of reed and magnetic float ball, working with lever as principle. When the float ball rises or falls with the liquid to the level of the switch, the magnetic forces of magnetic witch inside of the float ball will cause the reed switch to turn ON or OFF. This type level controller can match with DCS, PLC to realize remote control and alarm.

Working principle

floater level controller is consist of floater, micro active Switch, and Housing.
A pair of repellent polarity magnetic Steel respectively installed at the end of floating ball and micro switch. When floating ball moves up and down in the action range, the magnetic steel is bobbing up and down accordingly. The Housing drive the magnetic steel on the micro switch components and makes the contacts output ON or OFF signal. The contact effect ON or OFF signal only if floater moves between high limit and low limit location.
